The trade war between china and America has been widened and reached Chinese drones in the US market. The trade war has been through various markets of EVs, batteries, Tiktok ban and now the it has targeted the drones market.
America wants to ban Chinese drone manufacturers that are dominants in the USA drone market. The congress have sighted the national security risk and the low-cost chines drones threat to the US drone manufactures.
A defense bill passed last week is seeking the review of two chines drone brands that can pose serious threat to the US security. they would bar two chines drone makers DJI Technology and Autel Robotics if they have any threat to US defense after the review.
American Users About Chinese Drones
American users have become very dependent on the Chinese drones. The chines drones have become an integral part in various fields of life in USA. From defense officers, agriculture, filmmaking, and mapping are the leading industries that can suffer from the drone war between China and USA.
as per Rep. Elise Stefanik the President-elect Donald Trump’s pick to be U.N. ambassador has led a bill seeking the ban of the Chines drones because American have become very dependent on the chines drone manufacturers.
“It is strategically irresponsible to allow Communist China to be our drone factory,” she said.
Due to this dependency on the chines drone makers, the congress chose to ban them to avoid any security threat to the US citizen as they are vulnerable to these maker and the move was brought into the house through the bill by Democratic President Joe Biden signed last year.
She further argued that the Chines drones can be very harmful to the national security as they are able to carry harmful payloads, gather data, and spy military’s bases across America which may pose a serious threat to national security.

DIJ is one of the leading Chinese drone maker that is dominants in the US drone market. It has been founded in 2006 and based in the southern Chinese city of Shenzhen. This maker is known for its durability, functionality, affordability, and performance.
These drones are used by mappers, filmmakers to capture aerial footage, mosquito control officers, and rescuers to find victims or trapped people during any emergency. These Chinese drones are also used on both sides of the Ukraine and Russia battlefields.
A Chinese drone user Russell Hedrick, a North Carolina farmer said that the Chinese drones are irreplaceable because of their durability, easy to use software, affordability, and ease to use technology.
